Primus Land bridges the gap between planning, design and execution of a land development
project. Led by founder Maher Kilajian, a formally trained Architect, with a Masters Degree in Urban Design and Architecture from Columbia University, NY, Primus combines the versatile skills of engineers, architects, lawyers, bankers and builders to collaborate and create finished high quality residential properties. Maher envisions communities that encourage the interaction of people with their neighbors, surroundings, and nature. Since its launch in 1993, with over 1,000 lots in the state of Maryland,Primus has taken on middle scale projects that build strong community-oriented neighborhoods that blend with their natural environments. |
