Prospect View 1997-2000 City of Frederick, Frederick County MD CHALLENGE To develop a close community of town houses on a plot of land surrounded by an interstate highway and ramps. SOLUTION By developing the community of town houses around a central loop, Primus was able to enclose the homes and create an environment conducive to neighborhood interaction and community building. We also created a natural border around the neighborhood by reforesting around the property perimeter to act as buffer between the homes and the highway. |
