CHALLENGE
To develop single-family homes on a flat plot of farmland, surrounded by existing
communities. The biggest challenge was transforming the exceptionally narrow rectangularplot
into a harmonious community with its own unique character, distinguished from the
existing surroundings.
SOLUTION
By splitting the plot into two main sections, separated by parkland, Primus developed
114 units of single-family lots that make up the River Crest community. The central
park area connecting the two sections of land extended outwards into the existing
parklandto help blend the new development into the community.
